OVERVIEW

Program Overview

The Certified Innovation Strategist (CInS) program, accredited by the Global Innovation Institute (GInI), prepares professionals to architect innovation at the organizational level: setting innovation intent, designing the strategy and portfolio, and aligning both with corporate direction.

Participants learn to balance incremental and breakthrough innovation in one managed portfolio, to design the governance and processes that move ideas reliably from intake to impact, and to shape a culture where innovation survives daily operational pressure.

The program closes the loop with innovation measurement: choosing the indicators that matter, reporting progress to leadership, and using results to steer the portfolio – so innovation earns its budget with evidence.
