OVERVIEW

Program Overview

The Certified Innovation Professional (CInP) program is the entry gate to a professional innovation career. Accredited by the Global Innovation Institute (GInI) in the USA, it establishes what innovation truly is – and is not – covering innovation types, degrees, and the personal traits that innovative people share and that can be deliberately learned.

Participants work hands-on with the full innovation journey: spotting opportunities, generating and assessing ideas, and shaping them into concepts that create value. The program demystifies innovation – moving it from an inspirational slogan to a repeatable discipline with tools.

For organizations, CInP creates a common innovation language across teams and feeds internal innovation programs, idea platforms, and excellence-award readiness with people who actually know how to innovate.
