People of Determination Workplace Standard

  • The People of Determination Standard was developed by the Forum for People of Determination in the Workplace to help organizations measure and improve performance related to customers, employees, and other relevant stakeholders. It offers inclusive criteria that ensure a work environment that meets their needs and expectations. The standard includes 10 main criteria through which the assessment process is conducted to determine the level of compliance. Organizations are then awarded one of three accreditation levels: Gold, Silver, or Bronze.
