  • Determining the audit scope: audit program is created for the auditing process to be performed including the dates and durations and the areas that will be covered in the audit.
  • Preparing audit checklists: the auditor fills out the checklist with the requirements, evidence and questions to be audited. Upon approval, the system generates the formal checklist that will be used during the audit.
  • Preparing the audit program: When the scope is approved, the system automatically creates an audit schedule that contains entries for all operations in addition to the opening and closing meetings, meeting dates and timings, auditors’ names, and teg names and designations of all who will be involved in the audit process.
  • Executing the audit: During the audit process, the auditor fills the results in designated detailed tabs, and uploads the attachments and evidences. Once approved, the system creates the detailed audit report that contains all the information related to the audit scope.
  • Improvements: The system automatically creates the templates and initiates the procedures for non-conformities and observations raised during the audit.
